Weyroc 18 t&g flooring

Hi, I in the middle of starting to board my loft, is there a rule of thumb to lay this flooring say from left to right or can you fit it right to left, as on the under side of the board it states this side down and the tongue is on 3 sides, not sure if this makes sense to any one but any help would be appreciated.
