whasing machine waste to toilet waste

In our new house i want to move the washing machine into the integral garage, in between the garage and kitchen is the cloakroom what i would like to know is can the waste from washing machine go to the toilet waste pipe? if so whats the best way of doing this?

Change the toilet pan connector for one that has waste pipe connection.

so its a case of standpipe with u bend and then attach to this pipe?

Need a 40mm boss connection on the pan connector though, reducing 40 to 32mm, especially for a washing machine may cause problems later. If the waste blocks up the machine will keep pumping out, probably all over the floor.....
