What components for a post/panel fence, please?

My builder chap who is going to put up a concrete post and 6'x5" panel fence the length of my garden ( to block out unpleasant neighbours and give me at least visual privacy) has asked me to price with Wickes the components of this fence. He says I need panels, posts, and what he calls "concrete bottoms", which apparently slot into the post and elevate the panel so it is off the ground and less liable to rot.

I can't find these in the Wickes website - but I don't know what I'm looking for. I have to ring him after 8pm. Do any of you know what he means and how I can find out how much they are?

He's a good chap and trying to save me money, so it won't be anything very posh or pricey.

Called concrete gravel board and Wickes only do them 150mm height, they do a higher concrete gravel which is 300mm, available most places, B&Q will have it
