Hello,
I wish to install a pond,a waterfeature and an outside light in my garden.
I recently bought a 3way illuminated switch socket (5 amp),to enable me to run these individually (this will be positioned close to the pond etc)
The three items will be approx 15ft away from house and i have an outdoor double socket on my house wall, again approx 15ft away.
I have some swa cable, which was used to my workshop (now dismantled),but i think this is too much for what i require and anyhow the copper core does not fit the terminals of the 3way switch.
So basically, can anyone advise on the materials i need.
Thankyou for any advise.

Is this item IP rated for external use?

Is the external socket protected by an RCD rail at the CU?
