need to fill this hole in a brick wall what would you do

And also this door what would you do with the gap to fill it out ?

To fill the hole the neatest way would be to chop the whole brick out and replace with another matching one. Regarding the gap it looks like there was some trim on that originally.

that frame has moved at some stage (grey mastic on both surfaces)as proberley built in and never fixed correctly
i would see if you can move it back against brickwork and refix
