Hi.

I have a problem with my bathroom tap. I need to unscrew the tap but with limited access below the basin, I can't undo the nut on the screw which it's attached to on the underside.

The problem is unscrewing two nuts. I can't use a spanner or wrench as there isn't the room. The screw the nut is a few inches long so I'll need something that reaches over the screw to get to the nut.

I've seen a cyclinder type tool that's hollow so that the screw would go inside and it would reach the nut, but I've no idea what it's called to search for one.

Can anyone help ...?

They're called "box spanner"s. But you probably need a "basin wrench" (search terms).

You require a basin spanner.
