hi
weve just had an appeal fail, the inspector thought the building shouldnt be made lawfull and asked for its demolition in conjunction with the councils enforcement team,

it was the week before the 4 yr mark the enforcement team put an enforcement order on it its in the countryside and it was a block shed
what options are left open now besides the high court and going with the appeal officers decision which i dont think was right?,

You can only appeal on a point of law, such as if the planning inspector did not consider all the evidence put before him/her. But planning inspectors usually cover themselves for this by adding words such as " I have considered all the relevant circumstances.....etc etc".
To stay within the law, you would need to comply with the refusal.
