Where can I buy a T-Molding Track?? Cant find anywhere in UK

Ive been hunting now for 3 hours...

Where our kitchen and lounge laminate floors meet we have a T-Molding strip to join them. Recently the plastic track that it pinches into to attach it down has broken up and i need a replacement track:

Does anyone please know where I can buy one?
OR IF NOT, any other way I can fix it down neatly? Ive tried wood glue but it didnt last!

Buy some "gripfill". Make sure the floors dust free, bead of adhesive on the floor,bead on the bottome of the bar (the very bottom bit that sitsin the track), push together and weight down overnight.
