Where do you go for a Pair of hands?

Not long out of hospital so can't bend around too much, but I have a couple of fairly straighforward boiler changes waiting. Looking for someone whom I can instruct/supervise, for a couple of days at a time. Not a total beginner, but someone who has tools and can get on with basic stuff at a reasonable pace.
Would also suit someone wanting gas exp.
Where do you guys go for someone like that?
As it happens these are Wimbledon and Battersea.
