Hi guys
We are in the process of putting our house on the market.
Aafter doing a bit of research and viewing a few houses the ones that seem to sell quickest are the ones that have been painted/papered in a magnolia/cream colour.
Especially the ones that builders have bought renovated & put back on the market.
I havent got a problem stripping the livingroom dining room & redoing them to get a quicker sale.
The problem is I cant find a plain cream paper as the ones we have viewed seem to have been done in.
So what to do should I strip the walls put up lining paper and paint that. (I cant paint over the paper that is currently on the walls).
Or is there a particular type of paper I should use & paint.
Hope some one can advise.
