whining dual flush toilet

my dual flush toilet is whining after flushing.I could change washer on the old ball cock type but i dont know how to cure this type.has anyone any advice.

Yeah, either change the washer or go the a merchants and get a Fluidmaster, which is constructed differently and won't whine.
