my washing machine has started not taking in softer when washing. I had this before and took the drawer out and looked up to see black mould blocking water holes. cleaned the holes with a cocktail stick and it cured it but its doing it again now after ages of being ok. have cleaned out drawer,syphon and holes where water comes in and have checked to see if water comes out (it does) but it will not suck it in. just fills up with more water. is this something i can fix myself easily, pls nothing too technical just plain english!!! I am a woman you know!! i guese i will have to use those mega exspensive comfort balls u put direct into machine.
