White paint for new floorboards?

I'm after recommendations for an undercoat + white finish for new floorboards.
I've found Johnstone's Flortred' which has a quick-drying time and at the moment it's a toss up between that and Little Greene but any advice will be very welcome.
The new floor to be painted is in the dining room so light to medium use

Whit painted floors look good in magazines but get dirty horribly quickly. Mine did; I had to re-paint it within a couple of years.
