Wibo Electric rad fault.

Hi all,

Bumped in to a plumber i know the other day. He asked if id had any experience with wibo heaters. He's sold his property and about to complete but one of his rads has stopped heating up. He's asked me to have a look for him which i will try and do at the weekend. Just wondered if anyone has had experience with faults on these. Its a Typ Millennium plus 1600. I can't find anything online about them apart from some dated looking websites and stories of ripped off elderly people! He tells me the lights come on on the controller but no heat so presumably element or possible a contactor built in to it as its switched by a remote room stat apparently. I can't find anyone selling parts or even a diagram of how they go together.

Any input gratefully received!

Did you manage to fix the problem on the Wibo heater? I have the same problem with my own heater - the lights come on, the remote thermostat seems to be sending the message, but the heat doesn't come out. What do I need to do to fix it? I live near Kendal in Cumbria, UK
