Considering downstairs toilet only with washbasin. Dont want to use macerator.

The distance from the propsed toilet pan to the nearest IC is 4 metres in a 45 degree line or,

3 metre in a straight line then a bend on drain pipe continuing further.

No manhole on my property. There is only 1 inspection chamber. Is is possible or will i have poo stuck in pipe. How do pro's handle it with suitable falls.

Rule of thumb is a 1:40 fall, although with modern smooth bore pipework this can be as low as 1:100. You'll probably need to fit a chamber where the proposed run to the new W.C. joins the existing drain, and also at any change in direction. Otherwise some other form of access will be needed. Trying to clear a blocked sewer from inside the house is neither advisable nor pleasant......

Not sure what you're asking.

Providing you have sufficient fall and the run is laid correctly then a new connection is OK.

Subject of course to you complying with building regs, advising your utility supplier and installing a chamber of any change in direction and at the point of the new connection to the existing sewer.
