Hi, does anyone know if these are still made and who makes them.

Do you mean an identical one or one that does the same thing? It's called a folding opener.

Thank you all but I have been trying for weeks to find them. The closest I found was the jack lock titan but it doesn't have the handle on it.

Would this do? There are others listed as "window operators." They call it an "opener" not a "restrictor"
Or a "window folding opener"

Thanks but they stick out too far, they need to be slimline like the pics so people don't catch themselves on them.

Catch themselves, theres a window cill so how could someone catch themselves?

They are for in a hospital ward, no window sills. The ones in the pick are in a different room
