Hi

The sealant on my double glazing is old and coming away. Can i buy a product and reapply myself or do I need to get a professional in.

Thanks in advance

Is it the sealant the sticks the two bits of glass together - that's tricky, or is it the sealant round the outside of the unit - that's easier, just use a tube of builders' silicone.

It is the stuff around the outside of the unit not the glass.
Where can I buy the builders silicone from?

If I'm reading this correctly as it's important for any upvc or ally type windows, if so, should be replaced with the correct rubber seal. Cut a small sample to take to the D/G shop to help you. This is important as it stop the beading unclipping from the front.
