window wont open

Hi, I have a window that wont open, I think it is the handle that is broken because the handle doesn't move. The problem I have is I can't take the handle off as the second screw is not visible until the handle is in the open position. Any ideas what I should do?.

Buy a replacement handle available from screwfix or b and q then with a bit of brute force open your handle the normal way, handles are only cheap alloy castings so will break easily allowing you to open
