Wired Video Intercom with 2/3 monitors

Can anyone please recommend a wired video intercom with either 2 or 3 monitors?

I want something simple which I can use with Cat5e cabling.

I'm aware of Ring but I want something wired and want to keep it isolated from the internet.

I've been quoted a CDVI intercom with two 7" monitors for £700 including installation, I think it's this one:

I'm reasonably confident that I can install it myself.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
