Wiring 2 - Way switches from a fuse connection?

I have power from a 5 amp fuse connection spur, for 4 wall lights in a conservatory. 2 lights on each size of the room. There are 2 x 2 gang switches, one inside the room and one outside the room. To the switch outside the room I have the live supple lead from the connection unit, 1 lighting lead for the 2 lights on the right, 1 lighting lead for the two lights on the left and a 3 core + e lead. The other end of the 3 core + e lead is the only wire in the switch inside the room. Can anyone advise how I wire this all up

where is the 3 core & earth?
