Withering laurel bush.

Help/advice please,

We have two laurel bushes in the back garden - 10 feet high.
They both get intermittent sunlight, are well watered and get trimmed regular.
They have been in the garden for twenty years without problems.

However the leaves on both have started to wilt from the ground up, and gradually getting near to the top. All other plants and shrubs in the garden are okay.

Any ideas please.

They must be diseased. Laurel is pretty close to indestructible.
