I have a gas fire that is quite a few years old - gets inspected every year by BG - but they won't repair if it goes wrong.
I have a problem with it where some times it will come on - it's a turbo flue and it will run for quite a time - 1hr maybe some times five minutes then cuts off,
Some time will not start at all (the fan) then I press the ON button.
Any ideas what it could be ? I have taken all the coals off hoovered out and replaced but no good.
Somebody had said it maybe some presure swich and to turn it a 1/4 turn off? - not sure about that though?
