Hi looking to install a stove into a timber kit new build which doesn't gave a chimney two story : would like to enclose this into a chimney inside the livingroom what is the best way to construct this without it biting into to much of the livingroom space . I've made a false chimney and it just takes up to much of the room ( to install a curved stove with 6 inch clearing planning to use a twin flue . can i cut a hole out of the wall to make a recess ?? If so how would I construct this I.e brick up / fire board ??? Need help ASAP

Why don't you have the flue go through the wall and up the outside of the building?

Know its over a month old now but what I would consider would be cast iron pipe all the way through the 2 floors, when going through the next floor it would act as a radiator and heat that room to.

We use an unlined chimney in our living room with our wood burner.
The whole chimney breast warms up lovely through the house right up to the attic.

I'm sure an iron pipe would radiate ever more heat very well. Might even be too hot?
Besides, I don't know where you could get that much cast iron pipe these days anyway. For my shed chimney, I originally tried to get a steel pipe 4" wide and 6m long for the flue and it was really expensive I recall. Something like £120

In the end I got an off cut of chimney liner on ebay for £40.

No, that doesn't appear to be true. The regs say you can have a cast iron down pipe.
