Difficult to diagnose without hearing the noise, could be vibration from the pump touching something solid or casing vibrating ?

No vibration from case, woc engineer checked the pump and as I have said if the pump is moved slightly the noise almost goes away but the engineer said that there is nothing wrong (it is ok for him to say this but it is me who has to listen to it. The hum as I said comes louder from the other side of the room strange as it is and worrying that even the sound specialist cant find an answer.
Thanks for your reply.
