One of our engineers went to a callout on one of these-boiler was dead,replaced pcb and got it working.Customers now complaining that it locks out-sometimes once a day-but other times can go a week working ok.Of course everytime i visit its working fine-replaced flame sensor today as i had spare on van and turned boiler on and off about 20 times using room stat-started first time everytime but once it took 2 goes to ignite,firt time it lighted then went out right away.
Anybody come across such a fault on this model? The aps is a dark grey colour and im not sure if i read somewhere these can sometimes be faulty?
