Hi, my worcester 24 cdi boiler is not producing any DHW, the CH is working but not getting as hot as it should, the pressure seems a little low. (although it is set at 1 bar) Does anyone know if this could be a common problem, and hopefully an easy fix. I have checked the circuit board for any damage or loose connections, seems fine. And the thermostat is working ok.

If not registering a demand for DHW then the diverter valve may have failed. British Gas fixed price repair is good for this boiler.

CH cooler ( have you measured the actual temperature? ) could be caused by many different things.

More than likely the diaphragm,,cheap part but pain in the backside to change. Cdi has always been a largely reliable unit ,,BUT,,,there are a number of jobs on it which on most boilers are simple but the CDi design can hinder these repairs. Standard diaphragm repair kit that any repair engineer worth his salt would carry as it fits a large number of boilers, just depends if he has the time....
