ALSO CAN THE AUTO AIR VENT BE ADJUSTED TO STOP THE WATER COMMING OUT OF IT ? HOW WOULD I GET THE BOILER TO FIRE BACK UP I RUN THE HOT WATER TAP WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO START THE IGNITION DOES SOMETHING NEED RESETTING ? [/i][/b]

First and most important thing is TURN THE CAPS LOCK OFF!!!

AAV will need replacing. for the time being close the plastic top and this should stop it weeping.

As for no hot water, what is the system pressure?

If its been leaking you will probably find that the pressure has dropped and the boiler has tripped out on high limit.

Top up pressure and then reset high limit stat top left of boiler if i remember correctly but if i dont i'm sure someone will help me out.
