Hi I have had an on going problem with this boiler.It has ran fine all summer with the rads not on,but as soon as we put the heating on & ran the hot water the boiler cuts out with the red light flashing rapid.
I have a contract with worcester and over a period of 18 months they have replaced the Fan, Heat exchanger,Air flow switch and pcb.On the last visit they changed PCB & Heat exchanger and I thought they had sorted it, but we never had the heating on until recently.[/u]

Bit long winded!! Here you can find your boiler installation intructions...at the back, each flashing light indicates a particular fault....yours is either a sensor failure or air pressure fault,

If your boiler works with hot water i think maybe it's a stat on the heating side,,,
