Worcester 28i Junior; CH but no DHW!

Had an engineer come round yesterday to fix a leak. Turns out it was between the pump and the heat exchanger. New pump, no worries!! It worked for about a day. This morning we have no DHW. The CH is fine but freezing water comes out the taps. The boiler fires up when you demand water and seems to be making all the right noises but alas, no hot water.

Am I right in thinking it is the diverter valve? Have to wait till tuesday for the worcester man to come round - just want to know what is going on?

If this was a leak inside the boiler and the man who came to fix it was a boiler engineer then you should call him back to sort it out.

This is a very common and quite simple boiler and any competent engineer should have no difficulty working on it.

I did. He's coming back on Tuesday. I'm just a nosy b@*stard and I want to know what the problem is.

Ang on, is this a condensing Junior or not?
If not, it don't got no diverter. Manuals are all on the worcester site.
