Hi - this morning I've noticed that the pressure gauge is above the marked range - should be at about 10 o'clock and instead is at 4.00. There is also a constant discharge of water through a pipe through an external wall (I presume coming out of the back of the boiler). There also seems to be a little leakage dripping from the boiler itself. It seems to have happened overnight and no changes have been made to it in months. Any ideas?
Many thanks
J

Disconnect to make sure it isnt passing. Although it wouldnt be the first time id seen a junior HE split internally.

Worcester would be the best people to do the job, fixed price.
