Hi All,
My boiler has a high temp primary fault in the DHW mode which drops the burner out in a regular manor ie hot water cold water etc.
The high limit does not operate and the CH thermister has been changed.
Could it be a clogged water to water HE as it takes some time before the DHW gets going by which time the primary water has exeeded 95 degrees C. The boiler is only 5 years old but Idont think is has had any inhibitor installd.

Spot on there!!

You should replace the Heat exchgr and fit a magnaclean filter to protect your investment!

A flush might also be worthwhile and some inhibitor.

Many thanks to Superdupergasman, i hoped that was what is was as I have already changed the "board" thinking it could have been electronic, its like the mother board on my computer!!!
