Worcester bosch combi greenstar boiler not working

Central Heating is not working. Hot water is.

Blue fault light is on (which means it's OK) but green burner/flame light is off. Also the pressure is below 1.

I've tried resetting, overiding and turning it off and on again.

When I overide the thermostat, the green light comes on for almost a minute, boiler sounds like it 'kicks in' but then stops and the green light comes off.

I've read through the manual and looked at some previous post but I'm at a loss. Before I call out an engineer does anyone have any ideas.

make sure the programmer is set to heating on and any room stat is turned up, to start with
