Worcester combi boiler - greenstar 24i junior

hi
i have a problem with the above boiler - the burn light is not coming on, hot water is fine but no heating.
anyone any ideas?

do you mean the burner light is not coming on at all or that the ch is just not working?

Could be a list of things, pump, flowswitch, sensor, pcb, wiring, controls.
It's the smallest cheapest WB, not as good as the big ones, and often poorly installed and maintained.
Will need more specific info like: what happened, when, history etc.
