my temperamental boiler - worcester highflow 3.5 - has gone out, instructions basically say switch everything off then switch all on again and it will start itself. I relit it more by luck than anything a few weeks back but can't remember how. Now i'm cold and miserable - please help!!
It has been a pain since i moved in 6months ago. Sometimes i have hot water and some days i don't even though the HW is ON and the red light tells me it is.

have you tried the overheat stats under the control panel??

Rather than persisting with problems get worcester out or BG for a fixed price repair, £200 ish!
