No, but unwise. Organise a corgi before installation , to check gas matters, and to commission it.
New gas appliances have to be notified to building regulations. Corgis do it through corgi, otherwise you do it direct with your buiding control people who will charge you £300 for the privilege.
SOme corgis would refuse. Personally, if you want to do the donkey work and pay me for my bit that's fine, IF you contact me before installation.
