Wonder if any of you kind people can help as I'm a little confused.

A while ago I noticed the hot water was not getting as hot as it used too, and on closer inspection the rads were getting hot whilst hot water was demanded. This I assummed had to be the trusty diverter valve which I promptly replaced, but with no joy. The problem still occurs. This has not been to much of a drama as through summer I shut all rads except the one nearest the boiler, and the water heated quickly. But during winter the CH has to have been on for a while to get a good temp of water.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing such a problem???

Thanks.

PS I know your thinking why didn't I sort in summer!!!
