can someone answer tell me this should i have open the following:

Central Heating Flow = Open

Central Heatinfg Return = Currenttly closed = should it be open as the plumber changed the diaphram and never come back???

Mains Cold Water In = Open

Domestic Hot water Out = NO SCREW(ADJUSTER)

Overflow goes outside - NO SCREW

GAS COCK + DO NOT TOUCH AS I KNOW IT WORKS AS WE HAVE HOT WATER.

I think the the return is closed as the pump goes, then trips the swith as the return is closed to return the water flow, should it be open?????

Use a suitable tool or replace the valve.

Better to call the "plumber" but it would be reasonable for him to charge you for fitting a replacement valve!
