Have proble with worsecter 28i, It goes to overheat and then lock out two or three times a day after using hot water so we have to push the over heatstat knob on the top of boiler to start working again. any help appreciated.

Thanks Tony for you kwik response I did guess that but I was not sure do you think if I do power flash the system it will cure the problem or may I take out the secondry heat exchanger to clean it seperately or take it to adlink and get a reconstructed one.

You can power flush the system, or just concentrate on the boiler. You will never remove ALL the sludge from a system so the problem may recur, though the interval may be acceptable.
