Can any of you helpful chaps please tell me if the above pir should flash when activated after the initial set up period,after initial set up or when you tamper with the pir the red led will flash when the pir is triggered, after 20-30 minutes this stops happening and when you do the walk test the pirs trigger but the led still does not flash.
I have found a small set up guide that says the led will flash on installation or after tamper for upto 30 minutes but it does not say if it should or should not flash after this initial period. I have tried the installer and cooper electronics who will not speak to me the end user.
In short the led does not flash ever after the initial set up.
