Yale Alarm please help

I have a siren based Yale Alarm system. I recently changed the batteries. However, now when I set the alarm although it beeps to say it is armed the PIRs no longer flash red or set off the alarm. Any tips?

Have you done a walk test? This will tell you if they're connected to the alarm ie the alarm sees them.
