Yale EF alarm panel

Can anyone help to explain why my EF alarm panel has stopped dialling out when the alarm or test programme is triggered? I can dial in to set it remotely but it won't phone the mobile numbers I've put in its memory. It says it's dialling and the landline it uses is engaged but nothing gets through to my mobile. I've completely reset it but no joy. Any help is greatly appreciated.
