MY DRYER, SEEMS VERY SLOW TO START TURNING, I HAVE STRIPPED THINGS DOWN, AND IT SEEMS THAT ONCE TURNED ON, THE DRUM NEEDS THE SLIGHTEST OF PUSHES ( 1 FINGER ) TO GET IT ROTATING. I HAVE NOTICED THAT IF I TAKE OF THE ELASTIC BELT THAT DRIVES THE FAN, THE DRUM WILL START NO PROBLEM. BUT BOTH OF THE DRIVES THAT THIS BELT COMES FROM RUN VERY FREELY, ANY EXPERT ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATEDjavascript:emoticon('

Its the motor capacitor which kickstarts the motor at fault (Its rated 8mf )
