Hope someone can help.

My Zanussi Turbodry 1050 has just started to trip out my electrics at the fuse box whenever it starts to run a wash cycle.

When you set it to run it goes through the motions of filling the machine with water, then when it clicks to start the cycle that's when it trips out.

I have changed the fuse at the plug point. But that makes no difference.

Any advice would be appreciated.

if you are saying it fills, turns a bit (as they do) then trips i would say its the heater

Well it doesn't really turn. The water fill sequence runs. At the point that completes and then the dial clicks around the the next phase of the cycle, that is "power out" time.

Is that still a heater issue?

Not being an expert, what are my options?

you say "it doesnt really turn" either it does or it doesnt, which?

also as you said "Not being an expert, what are my options?" i would suggest you call an appliance repair engineer

The machine does not turn at all in a wash cycle, simply fills with water and then trips out. But it can run a spin or "freshen up" cycle.

Mainly I am looking for any tips on what I could do before calling out an engineer.

from what you have said, you have confirmed it needs a new heater
(heater only comes on just after inital fill)
