Zanussi Washing Machine: Dispenser not clearing

Hi there.

I note the various threads on dispenser drawers not clearing and still feel the need to seek advice as I need info specific to this washing machine. - apologies but I need your help.

Basically after a wash cycle the dispenser drawer is still full with fabric conditioner. I clean the removable tray before every wash. My guess is the problem(s) lie inside the compartment drawer.

Any ideas ? Are there water inlets inside this compartment that are maybe blocked ? It's hard to see even with a strong light.

There are two hole's in the conveyor head feeding the softener compartment these will be blocked. Try clearing them with a paperclip.
