Zanussi ZWD 1262W Washer Dryer not drying clothes

Hi

Has anyone come across problems with the Zanussi ZWD 1262W not drying. I have tried to set drying times manually, emptied the filters below and still the clothes are not even getting warm.

Any help or guidance appreciated.
