HELLLPPPP zanussi washer/dryer

my zanussi zwd 1427 s is working fine apart from it wont dry the clothes even a small amount. i have been looking on other sites an have managed to get an error code up E73 people are saying i need to empty the conderser but i dont know where it is or how to get to it, its coming upto winter and i need my tumble please please can anyone help

Error codes are all well & good....but the bottom line is that you need a multimeter & the knowledge how to use it to track down the fault. It could be a tripped thermostat, blocked heater box, clogged condenser, faulty thermistor, bad element, or even a defective pcb. If you don't feel confident enough to fault-find in depth please call qualified assistance

I do apologise for being a pain i just thought someone on here may have been able to help as i as unable to afford someone to come out and have a young child whose clothes will need washing and drying through the winter thank you anyway and my apologies once again
