Zanussi ZWD 1472 W Washing Machine leaks only on wool cycle

My washing machine works fine unless I put it on a wool cycle then it always leaks water. The leak seems to be coming from within the front half of the machine. I'm struggling even to get a look inside. Can anyone help with a service manual or advice on how to take a panel off or how to fix it?
