Hi. Hope someone can help me. Have a zanussi zwf1631 washing machine. Came up with error code for door lock switch. Have ordered switch. In the meantime thought that i could bypass switch to use machine by conecting wire from red to grey wires from back of switch. All i got was a bang & now machine does nothing. The power light comes on but thats all. No display, nothing. Should have just waited for switch to come. Help !
