cheap wireless fire alarm

Hi,
Just wondring if anyone has any opinions on cheap wireless firealarms. I've had a wireless system fitted in a building of mine before and the materials alone cost £2200. I have found what looks like the same amount of kit etc dirt cheap at £600 (digiteck) Is it too good to be true?

i doubt it very much.

sorry there is no such thing as `cheap good wireless fire alarm kit`

we, as a firm will only us the approved wireless kit in our fire alarm installs (thats if we do them, but that is few and far between)

is it really a good idea to trust something that is really really cheap for life protection????

we sleep very well at night knowing that what we have fitted will do what it is supposed to do in the event of a fire! can you do the same with cheap kit????
