Is there a programmable landline telephone?

I would like to store a list of numbers that would allow the phone to ring once and then go straight to the answerphone, other numbers would say ring 6 times before going to answerphone.
All "Number Withheld" would be in the first category together with any specific or generic numbers I select.
This would allow me to quickly sort out the nuisance marketing calls and the silent calls.

does what you want except that blocked calls won't ring your phone at all
